BizSaathi is online software. Nothing is shipped physically.
1. How the service is delivered
- Free trial: available immediately after you sign up and confirm your email address.
- Paid plan and extra users: active immediately after Razorpay confirms your payment, usually within seconds. You will see the change in Settings > Subscription.
- Access: through a web browser on a computer, tablet or phone, at our website, using the email and password you signed up with.
- Invoices: a GST invoice for each payment is emailed to you and can be downloaded from Settings > Subscription.
2. If something doesn't arrive
If your plan isn't active within an hour of paying, or an invoice is missing, contact us with your business name and the Razorpay payment ID. We will sort it out within one working day.
