Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between Get Catalyzed ("Get Catalyzed", "we", "us") and the business or person who signs up for BizSaathi ("you"). By creating an account or using BizSaathi you agree to them. If you accept them for a business, you confirm you are allowed to bind that business.
1. The service
BizSaathi is online software for managing leads, customers, quotations, invoices, payments, projects and tasks (the "Service"). We may improve, change or add to the Service over time. If we remove a significant feature you rely on, we will tell you in advance where reasonably possible.
2. Accounts and your team
You must give accurate details when you sign up and keep them up to date. You are responsible for everyone you invite to your business, for what they do in the Service, and for keeping passwords safe. Tell us straight away if you think your account has been used without permission.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
3. Free trial
New businesses get a 7-day free trial with every feature. No payment details are needed. If you don't subscribe by the end of the trial, your business becomes read-only as described in section 8.
4. Fees, GST and renewal
The plan costs ₹999 a month or ₹9,990 a year for up to 3 users, plus ₹499 a month or ₹4,990 a year for each extra user. Current prices are always on our pricing page.
- GST at the applicable rate (currently 18%) is charged on top of these prices. We issue a GST tax invoice for every payment.
- Payment is taken in advance through Razorpay. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel.
- Adding users starts a charge for them straight away; reducing users takes effect from the next renewal.
- Price changes apply from your next renewal, and we will tell you at least 30 days before they do.
- If a renewal payment fails, we will retry it and tell you. Unpaid subscriptions become read-only after a short grace period.
Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Your data
You own the data you and your team put into BizSaathi, including your customers' details, quotations and invoices ("Your Data"). You give us permission to store and process Your Data only to provide, secure and support the Service, and as our Privacy Policy describes.
For your customers' personal data you are the data fiduciary and we process it on your behalf. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it and to contact your customers, including by WhatsApp and email, and for honouring their opt-outs.
You can download all Your Data at any time from Settings, including when your business is read-only.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use BizSaathi to:
- break any law, including tax, consumer protection, data protection and anti-spam laws;
- send messages people haven't agreed to receive, or misuse WhatsApp, email or Meta services against their terms;
- upload malware, or try to access other businesses' data or break the Service's security;
- resell or copy the Service, or overload it in a way that harms other users.
We may suspend access that breaks these rules, telling you why unless the law or an urgent risk prevents it.
7. Connected services
BizSaathi can connect to services you choose, such as Razorpay, WhatsApp Business and Meta lead ads, using your own accounts with them. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them or for payments processed by them.
8. Cancellation, lapse and deletion
You can cancel at any time from Settings > Subscription; you keep access until the end of the paid period. When a trial or subscription ends without renewal, your business becomes read-only: you can see and download Your Data but not change it.
We keep Your Data for 90 days after access ends, remind you before that time runs out, and may then delete it permanently. We keep tax invoices we issued to you as the law requires.
We may end these terms if you seriously breach them and don't fix the breach within 15 days of our notice.
9. Availability and support
We work to keep BizSaathi available and secure, back it up regularly and fix problems promptly, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance is done at quiet times where possible. Support is available by email during Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm IST.
10. Warranties and liability
The Service is provided "as is". You remain responsible for your business decisions, for the accuracy of the documents you issue (including tax details) and for your tax filings; BizSaathi is a tool and not tax or legal advice.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them. Before going to court, both sides will first try in good faith to resolve the dispute by talking.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For significant changes we will tell you by email or in the Service at least 15 days before they apply. Continuing to use BizSaathi after that means you accept the new terms.
